Auditing and Performance Monitoring
Execute internal audits, analyze findings, and implement CAPAs.
Report on IMS performance and lead management reviews.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
Embed risk-based thinking in all systems.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and benchmark best practices.
Training and Culture Development
Deliver IMS training and promote awareness across all staff levels.
Support new employee onboarding related to IMS responsibilities.
Digital Optimization
Digitize IMS processes including audits, incident tracking, and reporting.
Implement system platforms that enhance access and traceability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align IMS efforts with ESG reporting and strategic business goals.
Foster communication between operational, compliance, and engineering teams.
