Their dynamic environment blends traditional design with digital innovation to support a broad range of branding and sales strategies.This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative pipelinexe2x80x94from graphic design to WordPress website management and 3D visualisation. You will ensure brand consistency, web performance, and design quality while contributing to innovation and digital trend adoption.
Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, profiles, newsletters, and email templates.
• Maintain and update brand assets and style guides.
• Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues including plugin conflicts and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage website backups, performance monitoring, and security alerts.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure optimal user experience and site health.
• Model and render high-quality 3D product and event mock-ups using Blender or similar software.
• Track and report on design, web, and 3D visualisation trends.
• Present quarterly innovation sessions to share trend insights and AI tool evaluations.
• Research competitor websites and suggest digital improvements.
• Apply LEAN practices for improved operational efficiency.
• Support marketing initiatives including events and social media.
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• 3xe2x80x935 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Competency in Blender or equivalent 3D software
• Front and back-end WordPress experience
• Own transport required

Remuneration
