Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enforce the Companyxe2x80x99s Disciplinary xe2x80x98Code of Conductxe2x80x99
• Conduct site inspections and put corrective measures in place
• Ensure that there is normal leave coverage throughout the year and pay queries are dealt with timeously
• Assist with training and induction of onsite personnel (All Divisions)
• Ensure roster changes are actioned timeously for all changes (permanent roster and leave coverage)
• Attend client meetings and ensure customer service delivery
• Ensure that the wages are correct
• Perform pest control survey and implement corrective actions by measuring area dimension for required treatment
• Study reports and diagrams of infested area and determine treat type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation
• Ensure cleanliness of work area after completion and keep record of work activities
• Ensure compliance with the relevant process and procedures
• Ensure deep cleaning of toilets, basins, urinals, baths, showers, walls and floors
• Ensure the removal all uric salts, scales, stains from the bowls, S-bends, inside flushing rims, undersides of seats
• Ensure all exterior flushing cisterns, pipes, handle, toilet seats, adjacent wall and floor areas are clean
• Remove all urines salts, scale and stains from vertical surfaces, side, cemented and other joints, channels outlets grids and where necessary remove trap where scale build up is prolific
• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of hygiene equipment is followed
• Monitoring of deliveries and refill of consumables and Complete Service reports at each site
• Willing to work overtime and driving distances out of town
• Providing operational support and oversee clients

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric certified
• Driverxe2x80x99s License Code 08
• Solid Computer Proficiency and bilingual
• No less than 1 year Pest Control experience
• Licensed to perform Pest control xe2x80x93 Qualified Pest Control Operator
• Registered in Fumigation, Structural Pest Control (Commercial and Domestic) and Wood Preservation
• Must pass a medical fitness test and no fear of heights
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• 3 years of direct Managerial experience
• 3to 5 years experience in the Hygiene and Pest Industry
• Knowledge of Hygiene and Pest Industry including Operational and Client requirements
• Knowledge of OHS Act and HCCP Requirements
• Knowledge of fumigation and relevant chemicals
• Customer relationship building
