.What You'll Be Doing
Calling U.S. insurance companies to verify provider network status and patient coverage
Documenting insurance benefit details with total accuracy
Submitting and following up on pre-authorizations (a smaller part of the job)
Collaborating with clinical teams to keep patient care moving forward
Being a voice of clarity, accuracy, and patient advocacy
What You'll Need
? Solid experience with U.S. insurance verifications (2-4 years)
? Bonus if you've worked with wound care or prior authorizations before
? Confident phone and communication skills
? Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace
? Availability to work
U.S. Eastern Time (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM SAST)
