Insurance Underwriter
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive underwriter to join our insurance brokerage team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing risks, preparing submissions to insurers, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring that policies are accurately managed throughout their lifecycle. This includes handling new business quotations, renewals, amendments, and cancellations while providing strong technical support to brokers and clients.
Requirements
- Recognised Qualification in Insurance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in underwriting at an insurance brokerage.
- Completed RE5
- Completed Class of Business (Personal and Comme?rcial)
- Must be fully approved as a representative (not under supervision)
