We are seeking a dynamic Sales Production Manager to lead and drive performance within our insurance call centre team in Bedfordview.
This role involves managing a team of sales agents, setting and monitoring sales targets, coaching and motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, leadership experience in a call centre environment, and a passion for delivering results through people.
Salary:
R40 000 - R55 000 per month.Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and performance of the sales team Develop and implement sales strategies to meet production targets Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback Train, coach, and mentor team members Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards * Collaborate with senior management on forecasting and reporting
