Role Requirements Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (essential).
- RE5 and FAIS (NQF5 Wealth Management) qualifications are advantageous.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, client service, or sales coordination role preferred.
- Experience handling telephonic client communication advantageous.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and data entry.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
