Role Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (essential).
- RE5 qualification and FAIS compliance (e.g., NQF5 in Wealth Management) are mandatory.
- Relevant certifications or training in sales or insurance will be advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience achieving targets in a high-volume, target-driven call centre environment.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing ability.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
