Job description:
Grow company sales via Insurance intermediaries.
Promote company to the Insurance Industry.
Provide on-going product information to a portfolio of brokers/administrators/underwriters.
Implement and manage incentive programmes/marketing opportunities.
Regular training to Insurance Intermediary staff on all company products and services.
Weekly/monthly reports, monitor portfolio performance, track trends within the industry.
Achieve set monthly and yearly targets.
Attend after hour functions if and when required.
Attend to necessary administration.
Identify new business opportunities for company.
Facilitate process improvements by engaging with internal stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
Matric with at least 5 x years of Face-to-Face Sales Experience.
Good relationship building and communication skills on all levels are essential.
Relevant brokers/underwriters/insurers/Insurance qualification or industry experience will be advantages.
Established connections/networks within the insurance industry will be beneficial.
Excellent presentation & Training skills.
Must be a self-starter.
Sales & goal driven.
Able to work within a team.
MS-Office proficiency.
Valid Drivers Licence.
