Insurance Sales Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Life Insurance. You will assess clients needs and build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking FACE -TO - FACE, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
- Explain policy features, coverage options to customers clearly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 required.
- Must have a valid South African ID.
- Must be 18 and above.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
- Weekly Commission-only (Only apply if willing to work on commission)
