Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused
Insurance Sales Agen
t to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Life Insurance. You will assess clients' needs and build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking_
FACE -TO - FACE
_, referrals, and other lead-generation methods. Explain policy features, coverage options to customers clearly and accurately. Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and follow-ups. Stay informed about industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 required. Must have a valid South African ID. Must be 18 and above. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
Compensation:
Commission-only
