Job Description

We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Insurance Marketing Agents to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently meeting weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and sell insurance products
Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct needs analysis to match clients with suitable insurance solutions
Attend regular training and team meetings
Provide after-sales support and customer service
Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales
Minimum Requirements:
South African citizen with a valid South African ID
Grade 12 / Matric certificate with an average of 50% or higher
Reside in Pretoria or surrounding areas*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is advantageous but not required
Self-motivated and target-driven
