Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Insurance Marketer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the

short-term insurance industry

, with specific exposure to

commercial or agricultural insurance

.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other intermediaries to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain brokers and agents. Act as the main point of contact for brokers, providing product information, support, and assistance. Conduct meetings and presentations to promote products, discuss market trends, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized insurance solutions. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide product training and compliance support to brokers and agents. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Monitor sales data and performance metrics to track progress toward goals. Prepare reports and recommendations for management based on market insights.

Minimum Requirements:

RE5 certification

(essential).

3+ years' experience

in sales, business development, or account management within the short-term insurance industry. Exposure to

commercial or agricultural insurance

is essential. Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and

CRM systems

. A

relevant qualification

in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous.
