Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with actuarial and business teams to deliver insights on pricing, reserving, and risk
• Analyse large and complex insurance datasets to identify patterns and opportunities
• Support IFRS 17 reporting with accurate and compliant data pipelines
• Build and optimise predictive models and reporting tools
• Translate complex technical results into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Honours/Masters an advantage)
• Experience: Proven experience within the Insurance industry (essential)
• Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
• Understanding of IFRS 17 and insurance data structures
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills - ability to explain complex data in plain English
