As a Short-Term Insurance Consultant based in Umhlanga, you will be the pivotal professional who provides specialized guidance on various insurance products, focusing on vehicle, household, and commercial insurances. Your role involves assessing client needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, managing policy applications, and ensuring superior customer service. This position not only demands comprehensive industry knowledge but also a passion for sales and customer engagement.
What you'll do
- Provide expert advice on short-term insurance products including vehicle, household, and commercial insurance
- Assess client needs and provide personalized quotes and policy recommendations
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle policy applications, endorsements, and claims
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
- 1-2 years of experience in short-term insurance consulting or a related field
- Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., RE5, FPI, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of short-term insurance products and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
