We are an established insurance brokerage in

Roodepoort, Horison

, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Broker Assistant

to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY



Responsible for assisting the broker with underwriting, new business, and claims in both commercial and domestic lines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Underwriting assistance.

Capturing underwriting data.

Assist with gathering and collection of underwriting information.

Maintain underwriting policy records in line with underwriting procedures.

Handle clients claims.

General Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



Must be a South African citizen.

Non-South Africans should hold valid work permits.

Must be above 18 years.

Should hold a NQF6 qualification or above.

Must not have a criminal record.

IT experience will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in insurance operations will be an added advantage.

QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES



Team player.

Good communication skills (verbally and written).

Analytical and problem solver.

Hard working and has ability to maintain confidentiality.

RENUMERATION



Renumeration will be discussed during the interview.
