Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to offer insurance products.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients.
Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met during sales calls.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle objections effectively and close sales confidently.
Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
Key Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
is essential.
Minimum 6 months' call Centre experience
, ideally in insurance or sales.
Proven
sales ability
and a passion for sales
Excellent
verbal communication
and persuasive selling skills.
Fluency in
English
(additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic
computer literacy
and data entry accuracy.
