About the Role
We are seeking
driven and customer-oriented Insurance Agents
withcall Centre experience
to join our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with clients via phone to promote, sell, and provide information on various insurance products. If you're a confident communicator with a passion for sales and service, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to offer insurance products. Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients. Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met during sales calls. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Handle objections effectively and close sales confidently. Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
Key Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
is essential.Minimum 6 months' call Centre experience
, ideally in insurance or sales. Provensales ability
and a passion for sales Excellentverbal communication
and persuasive selling skills. Fluency inEnglish
(additional languages are a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Basiccomputer literacy
and data entry accuracy. Target-driven with aresilient, go-getter attitude
