Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- RE5 or RE1
- NQF 5 or NQF 6 in financial services provider
- Based in Pretoria
- Experience in Long-term insurance or Investments
Individual should have experience with the following:
- Client onboarding
- Information retrieval and processing, Data Entry and Record-Keeping
- Regulatory Compliance
- Risk Rating
- Verification
- Client file compilation
- Continuous client management, meeting coordination, diary management.
- General administrative support to Financial Advisors and Executives:
- Filing of documents
- File compilations
- Shredding of documents
- Rind-binding documents
- New Business Submissions
- Claims: Short-term Insurance claims, Long-term Insurance claims.
- Death Claims: Long-term Insurance and Investment.
- Withdrawals of Investment products: Full, partial, two-pot withdrawals.
- Transfers: Section 14 Transfers, Section 37 Transfers.
- Drafting and maintaining reports.
- Drafting and maintaining registers: New Business, Prospective Clients, Reversals, Not Proceeded.
- Short-term Insurance/ Long-term Insurance/ Investments
- Business Assurance- Exposure to Buy and Sell Agreements
- Exposure to Wills, Testaments and Estates
- CommSpace
- Iress- XPlan
- Astute
- Ninety One Investment Platform
- Liberty Blueprint
- Discovery Advisor360 / Discovery DIT
- PPS PRO-Fit
- Momentum Via
- Hollard Lifezone
