"Are you a Saudi ARAMCO CBT approved INSTRUMENTATION QC INSPECTOR? TRS has an opportunity for you to join our Client's various Offshore projects based WORLDWIDE.xe2x80x9d

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, collecting the relevant records, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all Instrumentation, Automation and Telecommunications equipment/systems construction and installation activities are executed in accordance with the relevant Codes and Standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans.
• Issue the relevant Quality Records and provide support for non-conformances reports.
• Check cable laying and cable identification.
• Perform all relevant loop checks.
• Update as built drawings.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional test, check rating and material for connection.
• Perform tests of continuity, insulation resistance.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
MANDATORY:

• Saudi ARAMCO CBT approval in Electrical and Instrumentation
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Familiarization with the international Industry Codes and Standards related to Intrinsically Safe Systems and Electrical Systems for Instrumentation such as; ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12., ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70/NEC and UL 94.
• 5 years of experience and with a minimum of 3 years in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Able to inspect complete loop checking, wiring continuity and color coding, start up, and troubleshooting.
• Able to evaluate Factory Acceptance Test and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards related to packaged units instrumentation such as, Distributed Control System (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Remote Terminal Unit, and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems.
