Job Summary
? Position: Instructor - Welding Minimum Qualifications (must meet at least one):

Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Industrial/Vocational Education, Engineering, or Science + 4 years industrial training experience (2 years in Welding preferred).
Associate Degree/Equivalent + 6 years industrial training experience (2 years in Welding preferred).
Craft-Certified (No Degree) + 8 years field experience (2 years in Welding preferred). Professional trainer certification preferred.

General Requirements (All Instructors):

? Employment Details

Place of Work: High Training Institute - Dammam/Dhahran (with possible relocation to other cities).
Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewable annually.
Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary of 7,500 - 12,000 SAR per month, plus:

Performance bonus (up to 3 months).
Allowances: 25% housing, 10% transportation, and 1,000 SAR food allowance (single-status contracts).

Candidates must be able to pay their own Work Visa upfront (cost reimbursed upon successful commencement of employment).
Relocation assistance: flights, accommodation, and allowances provided.
