Instore Sales Consultant
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Remote Working: Remote working not available
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Instore Sales Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within our store.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers upon arrival
Provide expert advice and information about products and services
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Participate in store promotions and marketing activities
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales or retail role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous
