You will be flexible, in the work you do and the hours you work, to help give our customers the best experience we can. Duties and responsibilities:
Providing a high level of customer care as the primary point of contact in matters relating to the day-to-day operation. Handling customersxe2x80x99 service requests and inquiries, in a courteous, timely and professional manner, working flexibly and in effective conjunction with the relevant support service staff. Able to work tight deadlines, managing and prioritizing time effectively.
Requirements:
~Must have Matric
~Must have a valid SA ID or Passport (Valid work permit if not from SA)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R1 200,00 - R3 000,00 per week
