Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our team in George, Western Cape. You will install a variety of roller blinds, shutters, and outdoor structures (awnings, louver roofs) for residential and commercial clients. We are seeking someone who has experience in the field and who demonstrates enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality. This role requires excellent communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install roller blinds, shutters, awnings, louver roofs, and related products with precision and care. Measure and assess installation sites to ensure accurate fit and client satisfaction. Use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, ladders) safely and effectively. Communicate professionally with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Load, transport, and unload materials and tools to job sites. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License

: Must have a clean driving record (Code B or higher).

Experience

: Prior experience in installing blinds, shutters, awnings, or similar.

Police Clearance

: Must provide a valid police clearance certificate or be able to obtain one.

Age

: 22-40 years old.

Location

: Must reside in George, Western Cape, or be willing to relocate.

Skills and Attributes

: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations. Motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and growth. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Sober habits and professional demeanor.

Physical Requirements

: Ability to lift up to 20kg, climb ladders, and work at heights.

Availability

: Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
