Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the AAM division through telephonic engagement, and project execution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive telesales and digital outreach.
Manage a portfolio of accounts that can be effectively serviced remotely.
Execute targeted campaigns in the automotive aftermarket segment.
Qualify leads and convert them into active customers on the CRM system.
Support the rollout of strategic Automotive Aftermarket sales initiatives cross-selling projects.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
National Senior Certificate required.
Bachelors Degree Or Diploma in Commerce will be advantageous.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Sales, Telesales or Customer Service role.
