Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inplant Supervisor to oversee our operations at our Johannesburg facility. The successful candidate will manage daily ink production activities, ensure product quality, maintain safety standards, and lead a team to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily ink manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Lead and motivate a team of operators and technical staff Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products Implement and uphold safety, health, and environmental policies Ensure consistent quality control and adherence to customer specifications Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer demands Prepare operational reports and analyze production performance

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Prior experience in ink manufacturing or related chemical production environments Proven supervisory and leadership skills Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance in chemical or ink manufacturing Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency in production management software and related tools
