We are in search of a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategic Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in graphic design, honed within international advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will be adept at merging fresh ideas and concepts with strategic thinking, especially in the realms of advertising and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design innovative graphics that seamlessly integrate with our marketing and branding strategies.

2. Work closely with our marketing team to develop visual strategies for social media and other platforms.

3. Translate creative briefs into visually compelling and strategically aligned designs.

4. Efficiently manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

5. Continuously evolve our visual branding by staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in design and social media.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within renowned international advertising agencies (experience with Hirt and Carter, Ogilvy, or similar agencies is highly advantageous).

2. A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in graphic design and strategic thinking.

3. Proficiency in Canva and other relevant design software as well as AI software such as Copy.ai and ChatGPT.

4. In-depth understanding of social media strategies and how to leverage them through visual design. Strong understanding of developing suitable prompts for content creation.

5. Comfortable with receiving and acting on feedback, and adaptable to changing project needs.
