Innovation & Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) Assist in brainstorming and implementing innovative strategies and solutions Conduct market research and competitor analysis Help create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other platforms Assist with tracking campaign performance and compiling reports Work closely with team members to bring new ideas to life

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate or someone with 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communication, business, or a related field Creative, curious, and open-minded with a love for problem-solving Good written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of marketing principles (social media, branding, digital trends) Proactive and willing to take initiative Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or social media scheduling platforms Some experience (even academic or freelance) with content creation, marketing, or innovation-related projects Own Laptop
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R4500,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cape Town, Western Cape (City of Cape Town): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
