Basic salary: R10 000 - R15 000 per month (depending on experience) Performance bonus: R5 000 per registered property sale made by each recruited agent - payable on up to the first 5 sales per agent (maximum R25 000 per agent) Realistic total earning potential: R25 000 - R90 000+ per month
About the Role

We are an established real-estate company based in the Northern Suburbs, looking for a driven, people-focused recruiter to build and manage our pipeline of top-performing property agents.

Your mission is to find, attract, and onboard talented estate agents who share our passion for success -- and earn excellent bonuses as those agents start closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and recruit qualified real-estate agents (intern and full-status). Build relationships through networking, social media, and property industry channels. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from first contact to onboarding. Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and placement status. Collaborate with management to ensure new agents are set up for success. Track the performance of recruited agents (sales milestones) to unlock your performance bonuses.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in property, sales, or financial services. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with incentive-based pay. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Afrikaans (advantage). Knowledge of the Northern Suburbs property market (Durbanville, Bellville, Brackenfell, etc.) is an advantage. Own transport and valid driver's licence.
