Minimum Desired Experience

Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI): A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing Hyperconverged Infrastructure solutions, with a focus on products from strategic partners Dell, HP, and Huawei. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of HCI technologies and their integration with server, storage, and networking components.

Networks: A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in designing, configuring, and managing network infrastructures, with a focus on products from strategic partners Cisco and Dell. Candidates should have a strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewall configurations, and network security best practices.

Servers: At least 2 years of experience in managing and administering server infrastructure, preferably with expertise in one or more of the following strategic partner products: Dell PowerEdge servers, HP ProLiant servers, Huawei servers, and VMware virtualization technologies.

Data Protection and Storage: A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in implementing and maintaining data protection and storage solutions, with a focus on the following strategic partner products: Dell storage solutions, HP storage systems, Huawei storage systems, and Veeam backup and recovery software.

End User Devices: At least 2 years of experience in supporting and managing end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related operating systems. Preferred experience with devices from strategic partners such as Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, Apple, and HP.

Minimum Desired Competencies

3. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users. The candidate should be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner and collaborate across different departments.
4. Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. The candidate should be able to implement security measures to protect the infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
5. Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and manage infrastructure-related projects effectively. The candidate should be capable of coordinating tasks, setting timelines, and delivering projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
6. Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing technologies, industry trends, and organizational requirements. The candidate should be open to learning new skills and technologies to keep the infrastructure up-to-date and aligned with the organization's needs.
