Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Team Lead based in Cape Town. The IT Support Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the IT support team, ensuring timely and effective technical support for clients. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining strong customer service standards. The role also involves implementing IT service management practices and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Information Technology skills
Customer Service and IT Service Management experience
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are a plus
