We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Architect for an exciting opportunity in Cape Town. If you have a proven track record in solutions architecture, and a passion for designing innovative multi-channel outsourcing solutions, specifically from a Telecommunications background, we want to hear from you. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experience management. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Business Development, Account Management, Commercial, Operations, and Solutions Consultancy, to design cutting-edge multi-channel outsourcing solutions for both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current state of Customer Experience Management and identify opportunities for transformation through operational excellence, integrated 'Omni-channel' customer experiences, and enhanced customer insight and analytics.
• Produce formal bids and identify growth opportunities for existing clients.
• Identify and outline all the components necessary to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Design solutions that not only meet clients' needs but also stand out commercially, offering differentiation and compelling value.
• Leverage cloud platforms, including Umbrella, Duo, and Meraki, to enhance solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• The successful candidate will come from a Telecommunications background.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and manage internal and client relationships effectively.
• Thorough understanding of multi-channel customer experience design and delivery.
• Experience with digital solutions and the ability to generate creative responses to clients' needs.
• Expertise in developing core technology infrastructure and platform requirements.
• A keen understanding of the cost, price, and margin considerations within a solution.
• Proficiency in producing both high and low-level IT designs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Azure, and Active Directory.
