Job Advert Summary
Eduvos is looking to hire the services of an Independent Contractor, Information Technology Lecturer (Faculty of Humanities), at our Vanderbijlpark campus on a part-time basis.
Type of appointment:
Independent Contractor (part-time; flexible workhours agreement)
Purpose:

• To lecture Humanities-related modules, in the faculty on a part-time (contractual) basis.
• To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:
BSc Honours in Information Technology/ Computer Science or a relevant qualification (Masters qualification will be an advantage)
Experience:

• Minimum: 1 - 2 years relevant lecturing experience
• Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
• Relevant research experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Modules to be lectured:

• Introduction to Mathematics A
• Introduction to Computer Skills
• Introduction to Data Analysis
• Introduction to Coding for Humanities

Responsibilities:

• Lecturing
