Managing warehouse issues/concerns and liaising with operations team.

Setting and updating crew training devices.
Working closely with PayBay (Our Payment Company).
Troubleshooting/Investigation systems and EPOS (TourPos) Issues.
Carrying out repair work on EPOS (TourPos) devices.
IT Operations
Maintain relationship with our payment provider PayBay for software releases.
Maintain relationship with our payment provider PayBay for repairs and maintain
Procedures.
Maintain internal relationships with warehouse and operations teams especially during software releases.
Ownership and accountability of EPOS (TourPOS) reliability, and to put processes in place as necessary to maintain this.
Proactive checking and servicing of EPOS (TourPOS) devices using an agreed and maintained checklist.
Manage daily availability of the on-board EPOS system and peripherals including training equipment.
Provide technical and user support on EPOS, in-house application support and user workstations.
Perform daily checks of systems as instructed by manager.
Manage assigned support tickets by updating and closing tickets as required.
Ensure maintenance program for the EPOS systems, applications and constituent components are adhered to.
Ensure replacement of components before life end or if damaged or otherwise rendered inoperable.
Assist with training of operations staff processing EPOS and application support.
Assist with testing of all software and hardware systems before deployment in a live
Environment.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) of a in house application and EPOS prior to roll outs of new software versions.
Provide regular reports as instructed by manager.
Undertake any other related duties as required by the line manager.
