Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support our IT department with day-to-day technical and administrative tasks. This internship offers practical workplace experience for a candidate with an IT certification.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users (hardware, software, and basic network issues)

• Assist with system administration and user account management

• Support IT asset management and documentation

• Assist with troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades

• Perform basic administrative and reporting duties related to IT operations

• Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Minimum Requirements

• Completed IT Certification (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent)

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft applications

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
