Position Summary
We're seeking a passionate Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our Shameless Snacks & BugMD team and help build a world-class creator acquisition and retention program. This role is your opportunity to dive headfirst into influencer marketing, learn from the best, and drive real results--turning creators into revenue powerhouses while building your career from the ground up.
At eJam, we're invested in your growth. You don't need to know the ins and outs of influencer marketing yet--our experienced team will teach you everything from sourcing creators on Instagram and TikTok to building relationships with agency partners and securing top talent on performance-based retainers. We'll guide you through the entire creator pipeline, from outreach and negotiation to content briefing, coordination, and performance analysis. You'll learn to collaborate with agencies, scale winning strategies, and transform creators into high-ROI revenue channels, all while receiving hands-on mentorship and support.
This full-time role is designed for motivated individuals ready to launch their careers in direct-response influencer marketing, creator marketing, and affiliate programs. You'll take on exciting tasks like coordinating influencer posts, managing product shipments, creating tracking links, scheduling posts, overseeing contracts, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruitment: Learn to identify, vet, and recruit influencers who align with Shameless Snacks' brand values and target audience on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with expert guidance from our team.
• Master outreach strategies to secure partnerships with top-tier creators, supported by seasoned mentors.
• Develop skills in negotiating rates, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and their management teams.
• Campaign Execution & Briefing: Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including briefs, scheduling, link creation, contracts, product seeding, timelines, and payment terms, with full support to ensure success.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Gain expertise in analyzing creator performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS), providing feedback, and refining strategies to maximize campaign impact.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with our growth, creative, and media teams to integrate top-performing content into paid campaigns, whitelisting, and top-of-funnel strategies.
• Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, with resources and mentorship to keep your campaigns cutting-edge.

• Monthly Content Volume from Creator Network (UGC + Organic)
• Retention Rate of Top Creators / Affiliates

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, completed within the last 2 years (preferred).
• Passion for social media and influencer marketing, with strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships.
• Eager to learn and grow, with an analytical mindset and enthusiasm for diving into data tracking and reporting.
• Highly organized, ready to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) as a user is a plus.
