Job Overview
We're helping our client find an Influencer Gifting Coordinator who can own influencer gifting outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. In this role, you will identify high-fit creators aligned with a premium skincare and makeup consumer and manage the full pipeline from outreach to shipped product. You will also ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and communication to support a high-volume creator program.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source high-fit influencers and creators across IG, TT, and YT (wellness, makeup, fashion, skincare, dermatologists, makeup artists, mom-creators and more).
- Manage the full gifting workflow: outreach, tracking responses, collecting addresses, and placing orders through Shopify.
- Build and maintain clean tracking lists covering:
- Outreach volume
- Follower count
- Segment/category
- Address + shipping details
- Status updates and KPIs
- Track and report weekly KPIs including number of creators contacted, confirmed, shipped, and potential ROI signals.
- Maintain strong follow-through, fast communication, and consistent organization.

- Experience with social platforms (IG, TT, YT)
- Experience managing lists, trackers, and basic KPIs
- Comfortable with Shopify order placement and address/fulfillment workflows
