Job Description
Qualification, Experience and Requirements
Matric Certificate
Tertiary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Relevant qualification
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in both HR and Civil Engineering Industry
Valid drivers license
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and site personnel
Excellent Conflict Management skills
Adept in handling Community disputes, queries and conflicts
Proficient in the Xhosa and English languages (both verbal and written)
Ability to deal responsibly with confidential information
Planning, organizing, prioritizing and time management skills
