An established and expanding pharmaceutical company seeks a passionate Industrial Engineer to lead efficiency, optimization, and innovation within its production and logistics operations.
You'll play a key role in streamlining workflows, integrating new technologies, and shaping the future of operational excellence in a company driven by purpose and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and supply chain.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
- Develop and track KPIs (OEE, yield, waste, downtime).
- Conduct time studies and layout optimization for production areas.
- Ensure GMP, ISO, and HSE compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across departments.
- BEng / BSc Industrial Engineering (required).
- 3-7 years' experience in manufacturing, pharma, or FMCG.
- Proven record in process optimization or Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent tools.
- Green Belt certification advantageous.
