Industrial Relational Officer - Working shifts (Pretoria based) R15k p.m (Slightly neg)
This Medical company is seeking a Industrial Relation Officer with a min of Diploma in Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations/ Labour Law, 1 - 5 year's experience required.
This person will be involved in:
- Labour Consulting
- Implementing of HR policies and processes
- Discipline Management
- Employee Relations
- HR assistant/ IR assistant
- Experience in a call centre environment (beneficial)
