Your contribution will be

• Optimising and ensuring the good running of Individual Giving Programmes
• Developing and implementing strategic interventions to retain donors
• Using data to develop, regularly update and report on performance against targets
• Identifying and trialling new opportunities for growth, through a digital-first approach
• Working closely with Acquisitions and Digital colleagues to deliver a seamless donor experience

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years relevant experience and/or educational background
• A proven track record in individual regular giving programmes and donor retentions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• An independent and organised self-starter
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
