Independent Travel Consultant (Luxury Safari)
Our client is a premier luxury safari and travel firm dedicated to crafting life-changing, bespoke journeys across the continent.
They are looking for high-performing, Independent Travel Consultants who are ready to run their own desk with the backing of a world-class infrastructure.
This is a role for the self-motivated expert who excels at direct-to-client sales and wants the freedom of a fully remote setup without the overhead costs of managing the backend systems.

Position Details:
Role Type: Independent / Full-time Remote
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Specialization: Southern and/or East African Luxury Safari
Focus: High-end B2C Lead Generation and Sales
The Opportunity:
If you have a loyal client base or a proven ability to generate your own leads, this role removes the administrative friction.
You focus on the art of the sale and the magic of the itinerary; our client provides the heavy-lifting, from VOIP systems and CRM tools to supplier contracts and financial accounting.
You gain the autonomy of being independent with the power of an established luxury brand behind you.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft personalized, high-end East and Southern African itineraries that translate a client's dream into a flawless reality.
Proactively generate and nurture your own personal leads and client network.
Deal directly with elite lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure every travel arrangement is seamless.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-touch service from initial inquiry to post-travel feedback.
Stay ahead of luxury industry trends, new lodge openings, and changing travel regulations.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a luxury travel consultant, with specific deep-dive knowledge of Southern and/or East African destinations.
Strong direct-to-client sales skills with the ability to close high-value safari packages.
You must be comfortable generating your own leads and working independently.
Exceptional verbal and written skills are essential for maintaining the standard expected in the luxury sector.
A genuine love for African wildlife and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
