Job Description
As an Independent Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. You will assist customers with product inquiries, offer recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn about the products and services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Process transactions accurately and efficiently Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Matric certificate or equivalent[NQF LEVEL 4] NO experience needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment including weekends and holidays * Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
