Key Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
Age range: 25 - 35. Grade 12. Police Clearance certificate. Must own and be proficient with a smartphone (iOS or Android) Agent Location: Applicants must be based in or able to operate within the following areas:
Nkangala, Witbank/Emalahleni, Middleburg, Siyabuswa, Mbombela, and Komati.
Experience in Sales:
Must possess prior sales experience. Should have experience working as an independent agent. A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to engage clients face-to-face and build long-term relationships.
Self-Motivated and Target-Driven:
Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable with using digital tools such as CRM systems, tablets, and mobile apps to manage customer data and sales activity. Reliable, punctual, and able to represent the company in a professional and positive manner. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet customer availability.
Desirable Qualities
Tech-Savvy. Professional Appearance & Conduct. Local knowledge of the target area or region.
Remuneration
This position is commission-based; no fixed salary will be provided.
