On a daily basis, an Independent Contractors must: Demonstrate the ability to approach potential Members with professionalism and charm, leaving a lasting impression through engaging interactions. Be results-oriented, highly self-disciplined, and exceptionally motivated to achieve and exceed set targets. Set appointments, handle pressure and must have a high level of resilience. Foster an owner-manager culture, empowering you to be your own boss and giving you the autonomy to determine your monthly earnings based on your efforts and success. To become an Independent Contractor, you need to have; Completed Matric/ Grade 12 At least 2 consecutive years of relevant sales experience At least 6 months of In-Field Sales experience. You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous Unwavering hunger to earn an unlimited income Please note that this is a commission based position, there will be no basic salary and benefits.
