Compliance Officer
to serve as an independent advisor and compliance partner, providingongoing support
,oversight
, andsign-offs
as and when needed.Responsibilities
Act as
Key Individual
(or advise one) under Crypto Asset FSP Category I Review and sign off on compliance documents, onboarding flows, and SOPs Provide input on client onboarding, risk control, KYC, AML, and FIC requirements Assist in responding to FSCA/FIC-related matters Advise on audits, reporting, and internal compliance protocols Participate on aflexible, hourly basis

Holds or has held a
valid FSP license
or is eligible to act as aKey Individual
CompletedRE1 / RE3
or similar qualifications Familiar withFAIS
,FICA
,AML
, and the regulatory crypto environment Has worked with fintech, crypto asset providers, or regulated institutions Self-managed and able to work independently with remote teams Open toa percentage of gross monthly revenue, independent contracting only

Pay: R10000,00 - R70000,00 per month
