INCUBATION FOREMAN Agriculture Central Region: Festive, Hatchery The ideal candidate would be responsible for:Supervising the Hatchery and the relevant staff complement.Ensuring quality standards are maintained.Ensuring that any defects are repaired and report any deviations.Ensuring production targets are met.Ensuring check sheets are displayed, accurately completed and good record keeping.Implementing and maintaining of the 20 Keys & Galaxy programs and check. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:Matric.Minimum 4 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working in a Hatchery.It is essential that the candidate should possess good supervisory and Communication skills.A good mechanical/technical background.Must be computer literate.
