The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting ; managing travel arrangements ; handling reservations and delivering exceptional customer service . Requirements: Grade 12 Degree / Diploma in Tourism Travel Consulting and Travel Management experience in inbound travel Extensive knowledge of Southern Africa Fluent German -speaker (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Experience in making travel arrangements and handling reservations Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry A quick learner
