R21 000ctc (Negotiable on experience)
Leading, Established Inbound Tour Operator. An excellent opportunity exists at their CPT Northern Suburbs offices.
Join the team and help create innovative itineraries & proposals for Groups, Tour Series and FIT requests.
Knowledge of Southern Africa - Safari.
Criteria:
5 years + exp. Inbound Travel - Groups, Series, FITs.
Knowledge and exp. in Southern Africa - Safari
Tour Plan is a +++
Excellent Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
Create innovative itineraries and proposals for groups, tour series, and fit requests.
Quote, record and confirm bookings using Tour Plan.
Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates, cancellation policies, and FOCS.
Identify and onboard new suppliers with excellent service and rates.
Successfully manage groups, tour series, and fit bookings
Prepare comprehensive welcome pack documents.
Secure business and optimize product costs.
Understand market dynamics and maintain margin control.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers.
Collaborate closely with the team to achieve common goals.
Reconcile supplier invoices for processing, follow up on quotes.
Reconcile tour guide expense sheets and verify guide salary invoices upon tour completion.
