If you are proactive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building lasting relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with clients through multiple channels (calls, web, chat, and video) to ensure personalised and efficient service.
- Take ownership of client queries, issues, and escalations, ensuring effective resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.
- Communicate existing and new banking products and services to clients, providing relevant and up-to-date information.
- Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance and minimise risks.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Bachelors degree, Advanced Diploma (NQF7), or relevant qualification demonstrating numerical capability.
- Preferred experience in the service or banking/finance industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns.
