Business continuity. Relevant to rail, road and pipeline, submitted within SLA.Convert Forecast to Replenishment Plan for weekly cyclesMonitoring of Ops notices and react to plan immediately when availableNil penalties incurred, demurrage and vehicle standing time due to planning errorsMonthly report indicating:- to plan Depots stocks equal inventory targets e.g. 7 days at all storage facilities at the most economic level:- StandardsDepot daily feedback indicating that the schedule met all requirements:-Daily report indicating supply met the demand 100%Accommodation balances with other oil companies managed daily and repayment plans agreed with the Supply, Trading & Optimisation Department on a monthly basisManage the Banking Principle monthly balances with host or detents at plant level and ensure balances are always positive.Communicate stock balances to all oil companies involved at plant levelEconomically efficient application of transport modes and depot inventory infrastructureSetting of inventory targets per locations and per geographical areaMonthly report indicating depot stock levels vs planned stock levels with various analysisMS support.What Youxe2x80x99ll Be Doing - 2CUSTOMER/SERVICE PROVIDER AND CONTRACTOR INTERFACEInteract with customers and service providersWork with contractor to ensure deliverables are metProvide internal support to the contractorCOMPLIANCE TO PERFORMANCE CONTRACTWeekly feedback on performance deliverables ContractIdentify development areas and take initiative to close gapsManage workload/time to enable execution of IDP
